Casual Recipes Dry Noodles

Best homemade dry noodles - fast, easy and delicious

Ingredients
- 500g white noodles
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Dried Shallot in Oil
- 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion
- 2 Tbsp Shallot Sauce (specialhomemade recipe)
- 1.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- White Pepper
- Roasted White Sesame (optional)
- Chilli Oil (optional/special homemade recipe)
Directions
- Cook noodles to Al Dante according to package instructions.
- Drain noodles, Place in a big mixing bowl or serving dish.
- Start from Sesame Oil, follow the above order add the ingredients accordingly and mix well with tongs or chopsticks to blend the flavourings thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.

色香味俱全的醬葱乾拌麵!

Ingredients
- 500g 白麵條
- 1 大匙芝麻油
- 4 大匙醬油
- 1 大匙老抽
- 1 大匙蠔油
- 1 茶匙糖
- 2 大匙油葱醬
- 2 大匙葱花
- 2 大匙葱油 (參照自製食譜)
- 1.5 大匙蒜泥
- 胡椒粉
- 白芝麻 (隨意)
- 辣椒油 (隨意/參照自製食譜)
Directions
- 跟據包裝指示把麵條煮至適中軟硬度
- 把麵盛起濾乾, 放入準備好的大盆中
- 由以上材料自芝麻油開始, 跟著順序把材料一一加入, 期間用夾子或筷子適當攪拌至醬料均勻拌入
- 趁熱吃!
