Best homemade dry noodles - fast, easy and delicious

Ingredients

  • 500g white noodles
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Shallot in Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Spring Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Shallot Sauce (specialhomemade recipe)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • White Pepper
  • Roasted White Sesame (optional)
  • Chilli Oil (optional/special homemade recipe)

Directions

  1. Cook noodles to Al Dante according to package instructions.
  2. Drain noodles, Place in a big mixing bowl or serving dish.
  3. Start from Sesame Oil, follow the above order add the ingredients accordingly and mix well with tongs or chopsticks to blend the flavourings thoroughly.
  4. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 500g 白麵條
  • 1 大匙芝麻油
  • 4 大匙醬油
  • 1 大匙老抽
  • 1 大匙蠔油
  • 1 茶匙糖
  • 2 大匙油葱醬
  • 2 大匙葱花
  • 2 大匙葱油 (參照自製食譜)
  • 1.5 大匙蒜泥
  • 胡椒粉
  • 白芝麻 (隨意)
  • 辣椒油 (隨意/參照自製食譜)

Directions

  1. 跟據包裝指示把麵條煮至適中軟硬度
  2. 把麵盛起濾乾, 放入準備好的大盆中
  3. 由以上材料自芝麻油開始, 跟著順序把材料一一加入, 期間用夾子或筷子適當攪拌至醬料均勻拌入
  4. 趁熱吃!
