Easy French Toast

An easy and yummy way to finish up leftover white toast!

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Pcs Toasts (white/wholemeal/wholegrain)
  • Fillings: Jam/Peanut Butter/Nutella/Kaya (Malaysian coconut spread) etc
  • Butter / Condensed Milk / Maple Syrup / Honey to serve


  1. Beat the egg in a shallow plate
  2. Spread your preferred fillings on one side of both toasts.
  3. Put the toasts together, filings in between.
  4. Dip the toasts into the egg and make sure each side on the toasts are fully absorbed with egg.
  5. In a small fry pan heat 2 Tbsp oil on medium heat. Fry every side of the toast until brown.
  6. Serve on a plate, with a tsp of butter or some condensed milk, honey or maple syrup.

  • 雞蛋1隻
  • 2片吐司麵包 (白麵包/全麥/全谷)
  • 餡料: 果醬/花生醬/Nutella/咖吔醬 等等
  • 牛油/ 煉奶 / 楓糖漿 / 蜂蜜


  1. 在一個淺的平底盆子或碗裡打蛋進去, 打發均勻。
  2. 在兩片吐司麵包上各自塗滿厚厚一層餡醬,
  3. 把吐司盒起來, 醬料在中間, 備用
  4. 把準備好的已上醬的吐司均勻沾滿蛋液, 讓麵包充分吸收蛋液。
  5. 小平底不沾鍋熱約2匙油, 把沾滿蛋液的吐司輪流兩面煎至金黃色。其間吐司四邊也可以稍為煎一下讓邊上焦脆。
  6. 盛起煎好的吐司, 塗上一小匙牛油, 或煉奶, 可澆上適量蜂蜜或楓糖漿食用。
